HI, I want to loose about 20 kgs. I have no equipment at home except weight. Due to the lockdown I can't buy any other equipment also. I am about to complete #fbbodyweight program. I absolutely loved it with all the mix programs. What should one buy after FB bodyweight? Also is getting FB plus a good idea. If anyone can help me deciding it will be much appreciated. Thank You
