Mental health post & question about Reach

I was doing really well this week until I go an email that the recruiting process for the job I really wanted has been put on hold. I was into the final interview stages before Covid-19 hit my state and higher education (the field I'm about to graduate into) has basically put a freeze on everything. No one is hiring.

This stress is causing my Sjogrens to flare up making it hard to do workouts because I'm in pain. No workouts mean I'm not getting that satisfaction I need everyday. This is a vicious cycle.

I was doing bodyweight round 2, but maybe that's just asking too much of my body right now (I'm on day 8 and I feel like I'm lower body has been sore this whole time).

I don't have the reach program, but maybe I should get it and try that? How is that program? Is there much cardio in it? I'm assuming not, but if I'm spending the money without having a job I want to know for sure lol.

I know I'm not alone in this kind of stress. The stress that is a result of the fallout of a pandemic and not even related to the virus at all. These are scary days with so much uncertainty and for someone who is a huge planner having no plan is very stressful.
