So since quarantine, my husband and I have worked out together a handful of times, sharing the modest dumbbells we have. We even tackled the latest 1,000 calorie workout on Sunday!
However, I’ve noticed that my husband has bad form on some of the exercises (ex. rounds his back/shoulders for deadlifts and flies and brings his elbows up with bicep curls.) I haven’t said anything because in general, I wouldn’t want to work out with someone that was constantly correcting my form, nor am I a trainer or specialist in any way and I just hope that he hears Kelli and Daniel’s comments on form. He doesn’t routinely work out with Fb though, just occasionally does one of my program videos with me.
Would you address this? Or just let things be peaceful? Have you ever experienced this? Happy workouts to you all!
