So, currently I'm doing the Low Impact R2 program and, due to the quarantine, all my family has decided to come join me (yay!). Today, I had scheduled this workout:
The issue here is that we don't have enough dumbbells to do it properly all together. Does anybody have a piece of advice for doing so with limited dumbbells? Or, maybe, an alternative workout we all can do together?
