After yesterdays leg day on day 10 of the march challenge my legs are sore. My hubby and I really wanted to enjoy the spring air so we walked along the Niagara River. I want to get ready in the event to 5k will happen this summer. My legs are super jello now. Thank goodness tomorrow is upper body day!
