Tips for working from home

Hi all! Hope this day finds you all happy and well!

While I was drinking my coffee this morning, I was browsing around a few of my favourite health sites and found an article with helpful tips for making working from home work for you. Tip #3 was, ‘Change out of your PJs’, noting that, “It's hard to feel serious when we're in our pajamas and we are telling our brain that it is leisure time. Your clothes can be comfortable, but not what you slept in,".

Good tip! This is how it currently applies to my work at home life:

- For work: Serious black yoga pants

- For leisure: Laid-back grey yoga pants

- For working out: Dynamic navy yoga pants

- For walks outside: Slightly less serious yoga pants (they have a stripe!)

Of course I’ll be glad when things get back to normal and we can all return to our places of work and other ‘external’ routines, but I’ll miss you my beloved yoga pants...
