Alright, FB Fam, we are at another Friday. A Friyay perhaps; filled with promises of a great day and upcoming weekend..and I hope that whatever your weekend plans entail, they are full of trying to stay healthy, safe, and chillaxing if you can, whether you be staying home, or getting some fresh air. Try, because that's all we really can do. Try and make the days work for you.
Just like our workouts and food. Try to move in a way that feels good. Eat in a way that keeps you going. And fill in the details on how that looks for you. It's amazing what real food and a 5 minute workout can do for the mood and mind. Simple things really do add up.. I will be doing day 5 of the FB Plus challenge. It's a lower body strength, mass building workout, so that should be fun. That's right; fun. It has a loose definition around here. And the dinner will be pizza!! Simply good stuff right there. Just have to make it. Because delicious things are worth it.
Also worth it (pardon my transitions) are these lovely guest hosts (ghosts) that keep showing up every weekend to take over the daily check-ins. This weekend takeover is no exception as you will be in safe hands with the lovely Lynna.
Now what is up or going down? Take the preferred direction of choice and tell me how are things, FB Fam? I've chosen to put this check-in a little bit in reverse and get a little figgy with my Friday as today marks the first full day of Spring, and my fig tree here is busting out and declaring there be no more such thing as winter weather.
