Daily Check-in: Thursday, March 19th

Hello. It's me again. Just your average ordinary store shelf blender sharing a picture of a Cutleaf Evening Primrose and idly wondering how every one of you are fairing for your Thursday as I see how long I can make my sentences.

Pause for a breath. Remember to breathe. Smell the roses, blow out the candles. My flower for you today does have the word rose in it, so you can try smelling your phones and screens, but I just don't think we are talking literal here.

You know what is literal? The sweat during our workouts and all the breathing it takes to get the job done. Tell me what is happening regarding your possible rest days, workouts and that wide range that's always inbetween. Make it all work for you. For myself there is an upper body workout scheduled for today and I am excited for it. My workouts are a time of day I can forget about the world and life in that little slice of time and feel like I can take on said world when I'm done.

And also when I'm done, all the food! Or just some food. A snack. Something. What about you guys? What is happening with your food today? Textures and taste; bonus points if there's a pic, lol. You have to eat to live, but I really live to eat. Because, food is life. And I can eat that up.

Almost done with the check-in, but first, I need to mention ghosting (guest hosting) for this weekend! ..Lynna, if you want, you're up! I think there's just you and Coby in the pool. Correct me if I'm wrong guys. This imaginary pool of ghosts can be big, so if you feel so inclined to try to put (re-put?) your no skills required ghosting to the test, let me know! All is welcome. Just like if you are new here and reading this, you are welcome to come here and comment! Like I always say, this check-in is your check-in, so feel free to say hi and talk about whatever!

Okay everyone. It's a Friday Eve around these parts. So let's have a day. Not in the sense of a DAY, but one of those kind and productive days where we can look back and smile. Of course, no matter the day, it's good to use those face muscles of yours and just smile anyway. :)
