Chronic Pain

Hi guys, I'm really struggling and don't know how to get out of my funk.

I'm 43 and struggling with Chronic joint pain , not sure exactly what is causing it yet but I can hardly move in the morning. I used to be able to get up and go , I've always worked a very physical job as a Psw in long term care and have led an active life.

I'm grateful the programs went on sale yesterday as we are living on a very tight budget and I was able to purchase 3 programs finally!! One of them being Strong , which I have had my eye on forever but just couldn't afford.

I know my body hurts less when I excersize and take care of myself I just need to force myself to work thru it.

Has anyone done either Strong or low impact round 2?

I bought both and enjoy strength training so I'm tempted to start Strong but I'm worried it might be a bit much?? I did buy sweat as well but after reading the description I think I better hold off on that one!
