Hello all, had to post about this.. I am on week 2 of my journey to get myself back to fitness. Last week I managed to work out 4 days out of 7 (from being totally inactive).
Doing some short cardio each time (nothing too intense I just like the movement, boosts my mood.) And then alternating LB and UB strength as well.
Started week 2 with 2 short bouts of LI HIIT (well it was HIIT to me as I am very unfit) followed by this;

Which I loved! I swapped out the squats for deadlifts as my knees are not happy. Have to say I can already feel the muscle soreness setting in!
