It's important to remember (and to remind others!) that while exercise is always a good thing, when stressful situations occur, the power of a good workout can be even more pronounced.

In fact, exercise can be a great way to reduce stress & improve immune function, so it should be something we turn to regularly. When paired with eating well and proper hydration, our bodies can do amazing things.
