I know I haven’t checked in for awhile but I’m doing good. But I am sick of feeling like whenever I workout it’s not enough. Currently I walk on Sundays about 2 miles and workout 5 days with a rest day in between. I try to do upper body twice a week, one day of lower body and 4 days of HIIT. I never workout over 45 mins a day tho. But I always feel like it’s never enough like I never really feh super sore when I lift weights. I have very limited weights and I feel like I’m not doing enough to get muscles. Also I’m always worried my form is off but I check and ask my family if I look ok. I eat pretty steadily everyday and have no plans to decrease what I eat so that’s not the issue. Idk maybe I’m just being paranoid or over worried.
But in better news it’s my 21st bday on Friday and I’m going out to Chili’s with my family and having cake. I’m excited to eat whatever I want and lots of cake and maybe have an adult beverage 😂😂. Also Jennipurr been loving the recent warm weather in the sun. ❤️
