You know that we always think that working out at home is a great idea. But with more and more companies & government officials recommending (or even mandating) telework and social distancing due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), it’s important to know that there are lots of options for staying active & healthy while minimizing exposure to the virus.

Even - and especially - during times of stress, it’s important to make sure you are eating well and getting enough exercise to keep your immune system strong.
