I'm at the end of week 2 of Busy People, and I have another 6 weeks to go.
I was wondering though what people think of the Blend Program. 30 mins sometimes feels a little short (i always do the extra credit on top of my 30 min workout).
Does anyone have feedback about the Blend program?
