Daily Check-in: Tuesday, March 3rd

Hello to my FB Family 'round the world. How is any part of your Tuesday at this time going for ya? Does it need a dash of some cylindral greeny yellow catkins from a Southern Coastal Willow? I think so! Because flowers make things just a little bit brighter. Never mind FT Cu down there. He's in total explore mode all the time. FYI, because you didn't ask, this is the only willow that is truly native to Florida. The more you know guys. The more you know ;)

But tell me something I don't know, like what workouts and food things you have up your sleeves. Might be a little harder to do that sleeve thing if you are wearing a tank top as that has no sleeves, but makes for a fine option to wear during workouts. Back to no point I wasn't making, how are you exercising today? Be it those muscles, the brain, or exercising that right to rest. Keep it all fun and feeling fine. Next topic is for our mouths, which is part of our body; a body that can workout, so really this whole check-in, every paragraph is always about everybody. Again, no point to not make, but the food, guys. The food! Dish us out some real stuff. Brag a little how you are making that nutriciously delicious (deliciously nutricious?) food in your life a priority. And yes, treats from time to time are welcome too!

Alright, you've stuck my rambling this far, so you get a sprinkle of questionably viable motivation. Two wrongs don't make a right. But two negatives make a positive. ..Eh, this sounds more like a lead in to a riddle, and it's still too early in the week for anything like that. My watered down point is that it's all about the wording. How things can be looked at. Making the best out of what you have right now. There. That sounds a little better.
