I have a hectic schedule lately and I can only work out after 19h30 ( I tried to wake up early but in vain..and that is another topic)
Since for-fudging ever I do not enjoy sound sleep but my question is: does training hinder and hurts quality of sleep? if you workout close to your bedtime?
Is working out at night hurts your sleep??
