Daily Check-in February 23, 2020

Well here I am for better or worse ghosting for the ghost this weekend. I think that makes me pretty transparent. LOL

I do not know how well he shows up but this lovely little guy is a hummingbird moth. He is so fascinating to watch. Kim was gracious enough to tell me his name.

So workout for everyone today. Are you resting, playing or getting serious and jumping into a good workout?

Today is Flex Day 22 for me. I will be skipping the extra credit because I did plenty of extra upper body in the gardens yesterday. But I did add on a core workout because keeping my core strong is important.

So what is on the menu for everyone today?

We are starting out with a smoothie, then lunch will be grilled salmon and salad. Dinner is still up in the air, we will see when we get there.

Off to workout now because I am rebuilding my sacred circle today and that means moving a lot of garden wall block.
