Quick check in before work! I'm jumping back into my rotation, which means... Thursday is technically a rest day (depsite having had many of those this month). My food for the day is ready to go. Tonight is double shift - I actually feel pretty good, I went to bed "early" last night, which resulted in me actually going to sleep on time, for once.
