Hey everyone. Nice to read from you all, whatever it be that you are getting into/out of on this Friday Eve.
Jumping right in here, one of the things I haven't highlighted much are snakes. I see quite a few of them, but don't really get many good pics. Working with a phone camera here, but this rat snake got its close up today. Like, I got close to it for a close up. Nothing to be alarmed about as this snake is non venomous. They mostly scurry away, so I was surprised it let me get this close.
But yes, we finally have snakes on a check-in.
Let's get to what we are familiar with on this check-in; the workouts. Those sweet movements that will make us feel good during or much better off when done.
Going to get my strong on and see how I do later on this morning, but whatever your choice of activity (which can also be no activity) I hope it is just right for you today.
Right now seems like a good spot to bring up ghosts (guest hosting) and talk about if anyone wants to host the weekend check-in. I think this weekend was suppose to be Lynna, but she's storing up the creativity, right? So that means it is Korse's second go around, so if you are good and wanting to, Korse. Let me know if you read this, and it's yours! And as always, that goes for anyone who would like to ghost the weekend. Don't be shy; anyone can step up and take this check-in for a spin. All you need is the want to do so.
And now last, but certainly never least, we shall move on to our next favorite thing to talk about; the food. All the things that taste delicious and fuel us up and keep us going. Give me the tastes of your day, the yums of your lives. I think it will be a leftover day around here. That or sandwiches. Not very creative, but gets the job done.
Alright, I think we are ready set go/resume for this day. Hope the Thursday things are mostly going your way and life isn't getting too overwhelming. If it is, just remember that you got this, because you do. Just like a shift in perspective, an attitude shift can also make a difference.

It's an upper body day for me. On the schedule is this awesome workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/get-strong-upper-body-workout-for-strength-with-descending-reps
