Is it really only Tuesday? & Aldi find!

I knew this week was going to be rough, but I'm already exhausted. I slept for 12 hours after a long day yesterday...

This is also about the time last semester where things fell apart for me workout wise...

Those two things being said and knowing I still have a lot to do this week, i think I'm going to suspend the bored easily program this week and substitute some pilates and stretching instead. Those are both things I feel I have energy for and enjoy doing. I'm not sure if I'll hit my 3 workout goal this week, but don't want to take a whole week off either. Hoping this substitution for pilates helps!

Also, found these yummy snacks at Aldi this past week and thought I'd share. They had 3 flavors I think, chocolate, vanilla, and something else. They are pretty tasty and not totally going to derail my goals when I need a snack like chocolate!
