The two for Tuesday here is basically going to be these two tiny star shaped flowers on this one Common Black Nightshade plant. There is a lot of confusion and debate circling around the edibility of its black berries that it will produce. In a nut shell, don't bother with it. Besides, there are plently of other things you can nibble on that are real and delicious.
Speaking of which, hiit me up with the food now. You could even make that chew complete more exciting with chewing 20 on, 10 off. However many times through to get that nourishment in you. I have some old doughs in the freezer, so I think I'm going to make something out of that. Add random veggies and food is good for today, but do share what yummy you are hitting up today.
And maybe we will take that HIIT on a more serious note and face that in our workouts today. Day 16 of Abs2 features some kickboxing. I'm feeling pretty low and tired, so I'm hoping this will help a bit. And I know we are all over the place on Abs2, my workout buddies, but the point is that you are still going strong! Keep it up and take those breaks when needed! Guess that can also go for the rest of everyone else facing some level of activity today.
