Grateful for the Stretching, Pilates, Yoga Workout Blend

It’s the first day of my “time of the month” and I just finished the Stretching, Pilates, Yoga Workout Blend, which was part of the Low Impact program. Not sure if this counts as “exercise” (or burns enough calories to matter) but it feels soooo good and relaxing. A couple of years ago I would not even think about this because I used to dislike any sport or physical exercise. Also, ever since I started doing FB workouts consistently (plus slight improvements in my lifestyle), I’ve STOPPED having period cramps! 😲 I’m totally grateful for Fitness Blender.
