The title says it all. I did a lower body strength training workout with 2 kg weights per hand about 2 days ago. Since then, my quadriceps are super sore. Walking is painful, let alone using the stairs. I took a day off yesterday and had to get in a workout today so did a mild pilates workout. Any suggestions to recuperate? I am thinking about applying diclofenac gel on my thighs before going to bed.. and having some leftover Valentine's black forest pudding :D
