Feeling discouraged

FB 30 round 2 day 30. I had a brilliant workout earlier in the week, really checked in and feel like I’d accomplished something. Now today I’m totally unmotivated, just caught up with yesterday’s workout and only did the extra credit workout scheduled for today.

Feeling a bit blah in general, it’s just frustrating, maybe I pushed too far before and am now suffering for it or maybe it just has to do with it being mid winter and feeling a bit rubbish.

How do you guys re-motivate? I’m thinking of just curling back up on the sofa with a cookie!
