Started FB Low Impact and I feel like it's not enough for me?
So I just started FB Low Impact Round 1 last Monday and currently on Day 3. I decided to start a Low Impact program since I have not exercised regularly for a few years now (21 y/o, sedentary lifestyle since I work from home).
However, I just felt like I wanted more exercise and I feel like the program wasn't enough for me. Any advice on what I can do? Should I go for another video of the same type of exercise for that day?
I feel like I can push myself even further since I'm not as tired as I want myself to be. I wanted to start low impact for a month first before going to another program with more difficulty, just so my body doesn't go into shock lol.
