Ascending Rep Pilates

Tried Kelli's new ascending rep pilates workout this evening after work and its really helped me unwind after an incredibly stressful day!

I used a resistance band to increase the challenge a little. I did find I couldn't get much range of motion on the prone leg raises - is that a hamstring flexibility thing?

Great workout, I feel so much better now! 😀
