Help to decide which program to choose for working out
Hi all!
So I want some help deciding which FB program to choose from.
My workout routine in the last two year including:
One day cardio (running - usually 6-6.5 miles)
And the next day anaerobic - which includes training from the videos here (usually about an hour and a half training including warming up and stretching after, depending on how much time I have)
I wonder how to incorporate into this one of the training programs offered here. Maybe do just do the same routine I am doing now and the program will take me double the time (as one day running and one day just do the the program)
I am more related to hard working workouts (sweaty in the end) and less to yoga/Pilates/stretching type of workout.
