So today I felt like some HIIT. This isn't typical but I just felt I needed that real challenge and that elation you get when you hear the lovely little beeps that mean the 20 seconds is ending!
Not tried it before and I did make various modifications to suit me but still got in a great workout. I really like the style too, it made it seem quicker- always a bonus.
Which was my schedule for the day and for me a level 5 and that's only because there is no level 6!
All good but I am wondering, as I live in a first floor flat, whether I will have to slide down the stairs on my bottom like a child if I go out today?!!
Will I be able to walk down the stairs???
