This is my first ever post. I started FB Strong on Sunday-lower body, and I think I may have pushed myself slightly too hard (I am not new to exercise btw including strength training, just this program).
Anyway, OMG I have ached soooo much since then, Its now 3 days later and it still hurts to walk and sit down or just you know...live lol.
My question is, I am scheduled to do a lower body work out again today and I am still really sore. I really want to give it a go but I also don't want to half ass it or have a bad work out because of how much I ache. Do you think once I get warmed up and into it, i'll be okay? Or should I have a rest day?
