Day 9 of FB Low Impact, workout complete! The workout video scheduled is one of my favorites for the upper body, focused on pure strength using descending reps. It felt great!
I know my schedule is about to get crazy, so I’m going to do my best to roll with the punches, and do what I can, as I can. Steering well and clear of that *all or nothing* mindset is a big part of what helps me stay (mostly) on track long term.
Once I finished my workout, Daniel and I teamed up to write the next FB plus workout. It took us forever 😄 The routines with both of us require that we blend our approaches, which are slightly different, but I always love the end result. We’re filming both FB Plus & free content over the next couple of weeks. Should be fun!
