As I'm getting back into my workouts and eating more healthily, one thing I really struggle with - and have done since childhood - is drinking enough.
I know I'm chronically dehydrated and it even occasionally triggers migraines or sickness, but I struggle to make myself drink.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
