So...it's time for me to pick another program to tackle! I am so, so close to getting my FB Strong #programcomplete, and I'd love to continue building my strength next month. My question is, if I pick FB Abs or FB Bored Easily, etc, will that be a problem? Will I get weaker in my strength but better off in other respects?
