I'm seeking advice from the part of the fitness blender community that loves kickboxing. So here's the thing...I really don't like it which I hate to say! I feel it in my core and get some intermediate cardio which is nice but I don't feel it in my arms hardly at all like Kelli and Daniel say it should. If I really take my time to contract the muscles and work against myself I do end up feeling it, however by doing that I have to move so slowly that the cardio is gone! Why would I not just do another workout? Has anyone else had a similar experience and learned to love it? I'm open to any and all stories and advice!
Kickboxing woes
Hello everyone!
Thank you :)
