Today was day 18 of FBABS1 for me. Lots of lunges. I always have the feeling that the front part of the behind leg is way too short and it's really tense. Especially left, where tibia has been broken once
So I think quads and hips are tight. I do foamroll after such a workout, quad stretches along the day but is doesn't get better. Any suggestions here?
