I was able to give it 150% today during my workout today. Enough to lose a pound of water weight! (Which I drank back in water)
Thankfully, I'd prepared myself overnight oats so I didn't have to wait to prep a meal, and the coolness of the oats was refreshing with my warmed up body!
~~~
For this simple oats mix, I just mixed-
-1/2 cup old fashioned oats
-1/2 cup soy milk (plus a little more because I wanted a more watery mixture)
-1 Tbsp chia seeds
-1 Tbsp semisweet mini choco chips (to satisfy my chocolate craving)
-1 tsp brown sugar (adjust to taste. can substitute with other sweetness like natural maple syrup or honey. Sometimes I just replace brown sugar with peanut butter for a peanut butter/chocolate taste)
You can also add in fruits or berries if you have any on hand! Blueberries are one of my favorites in this. I bet banana is great, too!
Stir and refrigerate overnight!
Yummmyy!!
Stays good in the fridge for up to 4 days! (Tho it'll get softer over time)
