Listened to my body.

I usually feel great and motivated to work out today was really looking forward to it. But as soon as I was getting into it felt like my legs were getting tired already and my whole body just wasnt feeling it..so I decided to do some yoga instead and felt much better! It's the little things you do for your body to help make yourself feel better! I think I need to take a few days of rest and do 3 day yoga for flexibility and range of motion! I realised that's why I get stressed so easily because I dont put myself first and constantly pace around and get things done! And not take some time to relax..well now because it's new year I am going to take care of my needs more than thinking about other things that stress me out!
