Getting Disciplined

July through November 2019 was a good time for me. For the most part, I was on top of my workouts. Doing my exercises three times a week minimum. I was proud of myself for making it through Thanksgiving without overindulging, yet still enjoying myself and the food. yum! I lost 10 pounds.

Then the other holidays came along. I have not done a single workout for 3 weeks and I am so disappointed. I've taken many steps back. This week I had 3 family sized chips & went to McDonalds just as many times. I'm ashamed and I just want to continue my healthy lifestyle.

I don't have the motivation today, but I will be starting the Strong program anyway. For 37 minutes a day, I CAN'T give up. That's too easy. 30 minutes! That's all it takes.

I didn't think to take a picture this morning, but I plan to post my before and after for this program. I want to see progress and be able to share it with others here so that maybe it gives you a little motivation. I know I appreciate seeing yours too! Let's do this.
