I took a long break from working out after 5 years of working out regularly, it´s been about 3 months since my last workout.
I´m set on working out regularly starting monday.
I need your help/guidance on what program to use from the ones I own to restart my fitness journey. I need to lose about 5 pounds (gained during the break) and tone my body.
I own the following programs; FB Strong, FB Abs Round 2, FB Booty Round 2, FB Flex and FB Fit Round 2.
