Winter Depression and FB as part of the healing

Dear FB-Family,

I am suffering from chronic Depression since plenty of years and in the winter time, when everything is dark, my mood tends to be black as well. Today was one of those days - I felt like crying most of the time.

In the evening I finally motivated myself to do a FB-workout (Level 5 with Kelly) while listening to food podcasts and afterwards I made some really yummie dish (pea noodles with butter and parmesan and homemade croatian Goulash, that I had in the freezer as a leftover of my christmas dinner). Now I feel so much better.

Sometimes it is those little things, that help me to get back on my feet... Has anybody here other ways to help oneself being less depressed in the winter time? I'd be glad to get to know some of your better-mood-strategies...
