Do calories burned really matter? If I only burn 150 calories in a workout, does that count as a workout?
I find myself ALWAYS skipping to the ends of workouts and seeing what the "calories burned" result is and if its not "high" enough I don't do it because I don't think its good enough for a complete "workout"
I need help and an explanation on why it really doesn't matter. Im 15, 5' 4", male; classified as "underweight" under the "wonderful" BMI
