What's a healthy week one loss?

Basic stats.

5'4 Working mom of three. Hitting 40 this year.

I've been working with FB for over five years now. I have loved everything I've accomplished and have been healthier than ever.

I let myself relax a little on both workouts and eating the past six months. I was good with that, but now I'm ready to refocus.

So many of the calculators say based on my current weight/height I need a 1200 calorie meal plan (and I am following clean foods). I am highly sceptical of this number. I am very active, hitting 20,000 steps most days BEFORE my workout. I vary workouts but do love lifting.

So I know I want to drop a bit and figured I'd start first week at the 1200 calorie point (unless I physically start feeling the drain).

My guess is I actually won't lose anything, but also going from my chips, treats, holidays and just not worrying I'm sure there will be a bit.

Just curious what I should watch for? I'm not looking for a quick starvation fix. I know I'll have to put in the work, so what should I look for end of week one? What's a healthy average loss for someone with 10-15lbs to go (20-25 if I listen to the same calculators).
