Which workout program do you recommend for me next?

I have done sweat, Burn 2, and Blend in that order. I really want to continue losing fat and building muscle so at first i thought i'd do sweat again but I'm concerned I might lose some muscle. Should I do Burn 1? Any other suggestions? I'm open to any length. I tend to like HIIT and Strength both combined and separate. Thanks!
