. Fitness Blender workouts tend to do 20 secs on, 10 secs off, maybe 4 times through which is nowhere near 8 minutes in one go
I've just checked online and quite a lot of fitness gurus are saying that you should be doing 6 to 8 mins of HIIT in one go. What are people's thoughts and do Kellie and Daniel have any insights into this?
