Finding the right program when living on the first floor in a shared house

Hi. I live in a shared house and I've enjoyed doing FB bodyweight when I lived on the ground floor. But now I'm on the first floor and I'm wondering if I'll still be able to do FB bodyweight. I really want to push myself. I was wondering if maybe I should combine running with a low impact or strength workout etc so I could run outside and workout in my room. It's winter so I'm not sure if I want to work out in a park. I really do like being able to workout at home cuz I have no excuses and I can do it whenever. A workout program really helps. My goal is to lose weight (about 5-10 kgs in 10 months) and get fit. My initial plan was to do a program once, add weights then do it again, then buy another and so on.All advice is welcome.
