Hi I can't decide on which program to purchase. I've been using FB for almost 7 years! I've done it all as far strength training, HIIT, pilates. I challenge myself and get in great workouts but lately my joint are sore, especially my hips, neck and shoulders.
Also I try to walk 4 times a week for 30-40 minutes..
I don't have time for long workouts.
Does low impact have a good amount of strength training which is my favorite, but I feel like I have a "layer of fat" on top of the muscle I have built so cardio would be great also.
