I had a scan a few days ago as I had a symptom that meant they wanted to check very early if everything is ok. The baby is a tiny nugget and I saw a fluttering heart!! Soooo....yeh definitely pregnant and officially 6 weeks and 5 days.
I haven't worked out since last Thursday due to exhaustion and nausea, but tonight I DID IT! I did a 13min lower body resistance band workout, a 10min ab workout with modifications and a 15min pregnancy yoga video that helped alleviate nausea. Really proud of myself. I'm still tired, but feel a little better and definitely feel more accomplished.
Managed to do some light working out!! WOOHOO!
