Hello friends! I have Burn 1&2, Strong and Blend. I prefer strength training but know my body likes to get cardio/HIIT as well. I can’t really commit to over an hour workout per day, I prefer around 45 minutes. Any suggestions for which program to purchase before the sale ends? Thanks!
