Programme schedule

Hello there!

So, I'm struggling with something that pretty sure is kinda stupid 😅

I wanted to start Abs 2 while I still go to a Pilates class once per week. I was trying to re-schedule the programme, so that there is a "free" spot on Thursdays (Pilates class day), However, I then noticed that if I did so, I wasn't having any rest days.

How do you schedule a program when you have planned a workout outside FB? I'm pretty sure the answer is easy and that I'm just overthinking but 😭
