Postponed FB Strong for a week due to sciatica. Did yoga and stretching all last week. But I was determined to get started on Strong. I did it using about half the weight I normally would, but I got it done with no ill effects.
I really appreciate everyone's comments on letting your body rest and their own struggles with recovery.
