Who here works out 3-4 days / week? Do you follow a FB program or create your own workout plan? What does your schedule look like?
I'd love some guidance. I've been doing FB programs 5 days / week for about a year but I'm a full-time working mom and it's just too much. I'd like to move to 3-4 days/week, longer workouts, heavy on the strength training.
